Australian boxes don't have such stickers, at least, not to the best of my recollection. If I did find such a sticker, I'd read it once then throw it away. It means nothing. I throw away any sticker or wrapping on any box or container that I have. I've probably bought over XBox games still in shrinkwrap and have never seen what you're talking about, so it must be a regional thing. My guess is that it's just as meaningless as the similar "authenticity" hologram that comes with copies of Microsft's OS, unless it also contains some sort of serial number or whatever that pertains to content on the disc that you're buying ie, EA Project 10 Dollar or some other consumer-milking shit.
