It does the thing it says it does scan 3x3 Post It notes en masse , and does it well. The one feature I need that it doesn't do so well is scan those smaller canary yellow notes, which I use much more.
I thought this app would be kind of useless I can even share with my team when I want to. The app is great for note-taking, too. I can organize notes on different research topics or ideas according to subject matter, so I can synthesize from different sources without flipping through a thousand pages in a notebook. The best part is having everything in my phone. Nothing to lose, nothing to flip through, nothing to carry around.
There are plenty of color options, but I would love a few more. Sometimes I just need the same idea in more than one place! Or even an option to move a group of post-its to its own board when an idea gets bigger than you thought.
Then, post to my Board s. Of course, you can also create notes handwritten and typed within the app, and choose various colors. You can use them to keep reminders about your work to take notes on the fly. How 3M post-it notes were invented is a rather peculiar story well worth reading as they weren't originally conceived to be used as paper notes. Ever since then in the 70's they've become a must in many workplaces, and you can now put them on your computer thanks to this software.
