These activities enhance each student's personal and interpersonal development. At Nease, IB students are involved in almost every school sport, performing arts program, club and honor organization, and often serve in leadership roles.

Nease IB students have won many awards and recognitions throughout their high school careers, and are consistently are accepted by top universities and colleges. On the IB exams, they averaged a 5. The IB Program: Balances subject breadth and depth, and considers the nature of knowledge across disciplines through the unique theory of knowledge course; Encourages international-mindedness in IB students, with a four-year foreign language requirement; Emphasizes the development of the whole student--physically, intellectually and ethically; and Has a reputation for rigorous external assessment with published global standards, a qualification welcomed by universities worldwide.

First Last. Grade 9th 10th 11th 12th. Pizza Lunch: Help serve or bring drinks to pizza lunch six times per year. Teacher Appreciation: Help provide items for our teacher luncheons and goodie bags a couple times a year. Joining the Booster club does not obligate you to volunteer, but we'd love it if you would. The event, hosted at Nease, features 20 renowned local chefs presenting signature soups for an unforgettable soup tasting event. In addition, to help foster awareness of the importance of community service, the IB Boosters help organize and sponsor a beach clean-up project for the freshmen and Relay-For-Life for sophomore students.

Curriculum Support: One of the primary objectives of the IB Boosters is to raise funds to benefit the needs of our teachers that are not otherwise addressed by the school or county funding resources. IB Senior Banquet: To celebrate the completion of the program, at the end of the senior year, the IB Boosters organize a senior banquet for graduating seniors and their families. Speakers: As a means to enrich the perspective and broaden the understanding of our IB students, each year the IB Boosters hosts a speaker. Fundraising: In order to raise funds the IB Boosters rely on memberships, contributions and volunteers.
