Unable to delete script file /tmp/hudson

Sorry, something went wrong. IOException: Unexpected termination of the channel. I suspect we're seeing a race condition where the script just barely finishes before we reboot the machine: before anything has been uploaded. Skip to content. Star New issue. Jump to bottom. EOFException at java. RequestAbortedException: java. IOException: Unexpected termination of the channel hudson. RequestAbortedException: hudson. IOException2: Failed to join the process - on a Windows slave.

Once the slave started failing, following different jobs failed too. Tested 3 jobs, all of them failed with the same error 2. Just disconnecting and reconnecting the slave made it work again. We had some issues in our lab, which forced us to re-install all of our slaves 84 and counting. We are still experiencing this issue. It seems that after this happens, the slave remains connected to Jenkins. However, I can't tell what happens if you try to run another job on it, because we revert the slave VM from snapshot after every run whether it is successful or not.

Any insight? Is the file still there? If so, who is its owner, and what are the permissions? An 'ls -l' for it should help. Jenkins Users. Unable to delete script file error. Geordan Rosario.
